At LumaHome, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work.


Returns
• You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
• To be eligible, the item must be:
• Unused
• In its original condition
• In the original packaging

To start a return, contact us at you@lumahome.info with:
• Your order number
• Reason for return
• Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)

Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will:
• Replace the item or
• Issue a full refund

No return shipping cost for damaged or defective items.


Refunds
• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
• Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:
• Items marked as final sale
• Gift cards
• Used or damaged items not due to our error


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:
1. Check your bank or card provider
2. Contact your payment provider
